Global Settings

These settings, found under Links Pally > Plugin Settings, control the entire plugin.

Global Settings #

  • Site-wide 404 Redirect: Enter a URL here to redirect all 404 “Not Found” errors on your entire website to a single, specific page.
  • Plugin Access Control: Select which user roles (in addition to Administrators) are allowed to see and use the Links Pally plugin menu in the admin dashboard.
  • Link Label Visibility: By default, WordPress creates public archive pages for taxonomies. Checking this box hides those pages, causing them to 404 and preventing public viewing.
  • Custom Link Slugs: Add custom URL prefixes for your links. By default, the prefix is /go/. You can add others like /offer/, /recommends/, etc.
